Pete is prompt to pickup the phone and get back to you quickly if he misses your call. Pete came out and gave an estimate and came the day he said he would come and set a day up for it to be trimmed back. Pete gave details on what kind of tree it was, what he would do, took the wood away, and gave an estimate that he stuck to. I would have him return to do more work if I ever need anymore work done.
