JACK ZHANG

Estimator/Director

Jack has worked as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand since 2012. His experience
covers both commercial and residential projects, he has completed some of the
most iconic projects in New Zealand such as Zara, H&M, Tiffany & Co, Park Hyatt
Hotel, Ryman Healthcare retirement villages, Avanti Finance and etc.
"Do it once and do it right" is what I believe, provide the best service with
our professional knowledge & experience to suit the client's needs.

Carbon helped the client to convert two balconies from external to internal.
Scaffold shrink wrap entire working area to construct new cladding and roofing.
New internal finishing includes new wall, ceiling, flooring & toilets.


WACKROW WILLIAMS & DAVIES LTD BARRISTERS & SOLICITORS

Design & construct brand new office in Chancery Square at level 5, 50 Kitchener
Street. New glazed partition, ceiling flooring & kitchen.


205 QUEEN STREET, AUCKLAND LOBBY UPGRADE

New Perforated ceiling in the ground floor lobbies and new aluminium partition
in the mezzanine floor.


SONY SYLVIA PARK

Construct new shopfront and feature ceiling


H&M SYLVIA PARK

Construct approx. 3,000m2 ceiling framing, seismic restraint, GIB lining & GIB
stopping to the new H&M in Sylvia Park.
