I would like to take out a membership, how do I do this?
We’re delighted you are wanting to join us. Please go to Join Online and
complete your membership requirements – we will take care of the rest and
quickly get you active with us.
What measures are you taking to keep centres COVID Safe?
We have introduced many new operational measures within our leisure centres for
the safety of our customers and colleagues, as well restricting bookable spaces
in classes and activities. For additional information see our staying COVID safe
in our centres section.
How far in advance can I book my gym session, class or activity?
Booking availability will vary depending on what type of membership you have
with us and what is included. Please see below details on when you can book:
 1. All platinum members can book 14 days in advance
 2. All members can book 7 days in advance
 3. All casual/pay as you go members can book 5 days in advance

Please note: If an activity is not included in your membership and is paid for,
booking will be available 5 days in advance. Click here to upgrade your
membership now.
I’ve cancelled my direct debit with my bank – how do I now start up my
membership again?
If you’ve cancelled your monthly payment at the bank, we will have cancelled
your membership. It will therefore be necessary for you to join again and
complete a new direct debit bank mandate. Go to Join Today and take out a new
membership which will generate new instructions to your bank.
