   enter a secure website, and view the details of their account which is
   updated daily.
 * WebFlex has the ability to view 12 months of transaction history, the next
   delivery date as well as the delivery dates for the rest of the year and
   current balance.
 * WebFlex gives your customer an easier way to pay their bill, with "Click and
   Pay" while they are viewing their account details (must be set up with
   Electronic Transaction Processing Company that Nevada has interfaced it's
