Book A Class
Yoga By You is a new creative yoga studio model under which yoga teachers and
wellness professionals choose their own unique classes and offerings. No direct
expectations of what or when to teach! This is a collective that's an umbrella
over a community of teachers and healers.
Yoga By You Studio is a therapeutic Yoga studio that welcomes everyBODY and
makes each class feel like we designed it just for you! Because at this studio
we teach to each student as they show up on their mat that day. It empowers the
student to practice connected to their body, not the expectation of the teacher.
We’re encouraging our teachers to show up as the most authentic versions of
themselves, not only to help them grow as teachers, but to help YOU find
teachers you truly love and resonate with.
About Me
OWNER AND DEVELOPER
Vanessa is a 500 E-RYT, YACEP, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS)
Patanjali Line Yoga teacher that focuses her training in the restorative and yin
practices of therapeutic yoga. Using the chakras, aromatherapy and healing
stones she offers her students a space to find relaxation, serenity, new-found
insights, a deeper connection to self, source and healing within the poses. She
also encourages her students to be empowered in their life and develop a
spiritual routine that brings that sense of peace, relaxation, self-love, and
connection they experience in her classes into their everyday lives. She is an
ordained minister to follow the level of Florida law for hands-on adjustments.
Vanessa strives to help you to develop your practice and to continue to follow
your path even after class has ended.
