Founder's Welcome Message attune

I am pleased to welcome you to attune. For the past 9 years I have been a
secondary school teacher. I just finished a PhD in Education in Spain, and prior
to that I studied a Master in Public Policy at Harvard University and a Bachelor
degree in Economics in Mexico. From those experiences, I acquired a deep
understanding of the importance of having a strong sense of common purpose in
schools. 



Schools with diverse faculty benefit from fostering a shared understanding of
core values. Research suggests that collaboration among teachers not only
generates new knowledge but also facilitates the translation of those values
into effective practices. Through open dialogue, this collaborative process can
even lead to a positive transformation of individual attitudes and values,
ultimately promoting a unified school culture.



I look forward to working in a collaborative mode to fulfill the values of your
school. We are a Teacher Professional Development (PD) Creator and Provider
recognized for its innovative workshops and analytics to help guide teachers and
schools towards fulfilling school’s core values.
