WESTERN SYDNEY AWARDS FOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE

In 2023, the Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (WSABE) platform,
proudly supported by the principal partner Commonwealth Bank, celebrated its
33rd Anniversary. The winners for the 33rd Annual Western Sydney Awards for
Business Excellence (WSABE) platform were announced on Friday, October 13, 2023,
at 5:15 PM during the Annual WSABE Gala held at Doltone House in Western Sydney,
Bossley Park.

WSABE was proudly founded by the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce in 1990 and
remains the most prestigious awards program in the Greater Sydney region. The
WSABE platform annually recognises outstanding business leaders and
organisations who are actively contributing to Western Sydney region’s rapidly
developing economy. Since it’s inception in 1990, WSABE has acted as a launching
pad for many of Western Sydney’s high profile businesses and professionals, and
across 33 years of operation has received more than 5,000 entries. Since 2015,
WSABE have been archiving our winners and maintaining an alumni group, which can
be viewed here.

WHY ENTER WSABE?



The Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence (WSABE) provide a unique
opportunity to showcase the finest businesses and business leaders that the
Greater Western Sydney area has to offer. Finalists are profiled at no cost
through an effective communications and digital campaign, including the
opportunity to be featured across our marketing collateral. A digital souvenir
of WSABE Alumni ( Leaders Collection) is produced to profile winners across all
our channels, the possibilities are endless.

Over the years, WSABE has engaged with some hallmark businesses in the Greater
Western Sydney region from both an awards and partnership perspective and has
always been about supporting the ever-growing economic powerhouse that is
Western Sydney.

WSABE expands the scope of its award categories every year to keep up with the
level of growth that the Western Sydney Business is experiencing. In addition to
the long-running number of awards for conventional businesses that WSABE has
curated, awards categories have been introduced recently which cater to social
enterprises.
