Taylor’s Trio Victorious In Card Game Design Competition By Petrosains

Megan Ong, Linda Oktaviani, and Jessica Yeap Phay Min win 1st prize for their
creative IoT card game design, earning a RM10,000 contract with Petrosains.
Platinum Winner for Regional Installment Asia Young Designer Award (AYDA) 2018

Shahmeena Labeeb wins Platinum award for 'Plan Bee - A City Beekeeping Project'
at Asia Young Designer Summit. Two won silver awards and two reach AYDA finals.
Wood Pencil Winner (New Blood Category), D&AD Awards, London 2017

Yap Yoong Ruey earns D&AD Wood Pencil for "Hungry to Learn" entry, becoming the
first Asian university to win this prestigious global creative industry award.
Platinum Winner for Interior Design Category for Asia Young Designer Award
(AYDA) 2017

Chai Min Li was crowned Platinum Winner for 'The Common Place: Regeneration of
Pudu Market' at the Asia Young Designer Awards, beating 14 other Asian
countries.
STARGAZE - Georgetown Festival 2019 'When Night Falls'

Our students participated in Georgetown Festival 2019 'When Night Falls'. They
were selected as one of the 10 finalists, with their work projected onto Penang
City Hall.
'Garis' 20satu.6 Malaysian Institute Of Interior Designers (MIID) Dulux Interior
Design Student’s Saturday 2017

The Design School wins 13 awards, including 6 top prizes for Furniture,
Sculpture, and Design Category, and 2 awards in the Inter College - Live
Competition.
