Customer Service Number ???
Is there a phone number available for me to call to discuss a billing matter?
And where can I find said number, I’ve navigated your entire website and have
not been able to locate it. For a company as sizable as yours this should not be
an issue. And I should be able to speak with a customer rep at a moment's notice
and not take 45mins trying to locate a number to call.

Dear All, could you help me? When I created a new envelope because I want to
collect all signature of a new contract, I set all recipients including all info
and messages, order of the signatures ecc. What I can do if I have an attached 1
page pdf document which is linked to the contract, BUT I want to show ONLY for 1
or 2 signers (and definitly not for all).How I can insert additional pdf file
which is available ONLY for the pre-set signer and hidden for the other

5 Sends in 30 days but starting over for the month WHEN?
Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an
envelope? I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month. But not the
beginning of the month. Where do I find out what my window of time or billing
date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the
date. Thanks for ANY help. I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I
couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract.

Checkbox that auto selects the rest
I have a document with a lot of checkboxes. Is it possible to have a checkbox or
button at the top that the person can select that will allow them to check all
the boxes at once? They would prefer not to have the boxes preselected but want
to be able to check them all at once. Not sure if there is a way to do this.

Signing order only for a few recipients
I am sending a purchase agreement. I need to obtain signatures from the 2
sellers before the agreement is routed to several buyers. I don’t need the
buyers to sign in any particular order. Can I label the sellers both with a “1”
and then label all other signers as “2”?

customizing a signing order
I’m wondering if anyone has successfully solved for the follow sequence via a
signing order. This is for job offer letters. Recruiter set as viewer sends to
recruiter recruiter views may ask for edits for sender (coordinator) Candidate
set as signer should not send to candidate until coordinator makes any edits
requested by recruiter. would be ok to send automatically if no edits requested,
but this is a nice to have. Currently, our recruiting coordinators are doing
this as a two step process. They send the doc to the recruiter set as a viewer.
The recruiter replies all good or needs edits. Coordinator makes any requested
edits then sends to the candidate set as the signer. Thanks in advance for the
help.

What is the Difference in User Status and Membership Status
In the bulk user export there is a column for UserStatus and MembershipStatus.
In some accounts the MembershipStatus shows Closed but the UserStatus shows
Active. What is the difference between the two?

Gibberish letters transposed onto document
Document fully executed. Upon opening the document, I get an error message from
Adobe Acrobat “There was an error porcessing a page. Bad font object or font
descriptor object.” I see gibberish letters transposed upon numbers that are
very important in this document. Anyone have a solution?

Cannot Get Tech Support
With no phone support, no chat support, and no ability to open a ticket through
the website, how do you get support??? I am logged into my account but the
ability to open a support ticket does not exist. When I try, I am taken to the
Manage Cases page showing old tickets, but no button exists to open a NEW
ticket. Chat takes you to the same page. Phone tells you to use the website.
Website doesn’t work. Any help or suggestions is appreciate!

I have been having a lot of clients state that they are not receiving the
DocuSign email when I sent them an envelope to sign. The email is not in their
Spam folder either. Anyone else had issues with this?

How long the data still exist in DocuSign
Hi DocuSign Community, Need your advice. I have a customer who subscribe
corporate plan before and didn’t renewal this year around June and now they
can’t open the account. In the mean time, they realize that they haven’t
completed download and they want to access the account again to see the history.
My question, How long DocuSign keep the document and is that possible for them
to renew the old account so that they can access all history? THank you.

Hi, I have an Org admin privilege and I’m trying to add myself as an account
admin for couple of accounts underneath the Org, but I couldn’t find the DS
admin option in eSignature. is it because only an account admin with ‘DS admin’

Client nor myself are getting the document
I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received
their document. I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either. I
contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they
do not even see it ever being sent to me. This is an important document that I
am needing our client to sign before the end of the month. Any suggestion on
what could be going on?
