Specific Expertise

For Suzi, building relationships and establishing trust with clients and family
offices is paramount. The majority of her portfolio has been developed through
referrals, with many clients having been with her for over 20 years, often
considering her a part of their family. Suzi is extremely passionate about
ensuring that her clients' insurance solutions are tailored to their specific
needs. To achieve this, she dedicates time to meet with clients face-to-face,
actively listening to understand what is important to them. She believes it is
her responsibility to extract necessary information and provide clear, valuable
advice, including risk mitigation strategies that enhance the protection of
clients' homes and assets while preventing claims.

Suzi thrives on navigating complex risks and is committed to developing
long-term, sustainable insurance programs that can adapt as her clients' needs
evolve. She has established strong relationships with key insurers, leveraging
her experience, honesty, and attention to detail to achieve favorable results
from underwriters eager to support her, Howden, and their clients.
