development, debt financing, asset management, and development. Through Yankee
Capital Partners and his family office, Ravee has adeptly executed real estate
transactions ranging from $10 million to $100 million, encompassing ground-up
industrial development, hotels, value-add multifamily properties, and office
spaces. Commencing his career as a lead commercial broker in Dubai and Abu
Dhabi, Ravee played a pivotal role in brokering deals totaling over $300
million. He also initiated a lucrative workforce housing fund to provide housing
solutions for healthcare and education professionals. Upon returning to the
United States and post-graduate school, Ravee contributed significantly to a
middle-market private balance sheet lender, where he played a crucial role in
originating over $250 million in loans. Subsequently, he transitioned to
becoming an owner/operator of multifamily apartments. Since 2017, Ravee has
dedicated his efforts exclusively to managing multifamily assets at Yankee
Capital Partners. In this capacity, he spearheads implementing innovative
value-added strategies, aiming to minimize risk and maximize generational wealth
for stakeholders. Ravee holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and
Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a Master's degree in Real Estate
Development from the University of Denver. His commitment to education and
industry advancement is evident through his role on the Board of Trustees of the
Burns Real Estate School at the University of Denver.
Wayne Grover
Director of Investor relations
With over twenty-five years of distinguished experience on Wall Street and as a
hedge fund Partner, Wayne is a seasoned professional in the financial industry.
His career includes pivotal roles as Vice President in institutional sales and
trading at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. Notably, Wayne served as a Partner
and Head of Investor Relations, Marketing, and Business Development at Downtown
Associates, a hedge fund, where he played a crucial role in raising over $600
million from institutional, family office, and accredited investors. Wayne's
entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch his own company, and he has lent his
expertise as a consultant to various projects. A founding member of the
Mid-Atlantic Hedge Fund Association, Wayne has also contributed his insights by
serving on numerous Boards. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree
in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Finance from the

multifamily properties, bringing an exceptional depth of expertise in
qualitative and quantitative analysis and the intricate valuation processes of
potential investments. Before his tenure at Yankee Capital Partners, Tim honed
his skills and expertise through significant positions at Freddie Mac and Arbor
Realty Trust, two renowned institutions in the real estate sector. At Freddie
Mac, he adeptly managed a substantial portfolio, overseeing more than 500
securitized multifamily loans with a cumulative value exceeding five billion
dollars. This role showcased his capability to handle large-scale portfolios and
