In the shadows of this world brimming with wonder, evil seeks to usurp the
powers of gods to fuel dark ambitions. With her waning strength, an injured
goddess wills into existence souls from across reality.

Six nations once living together in peace have become a single empire, forged by
force of arms and a revolution of industrial might and magic.

Centuries pass and strange otherworlders awake on Ielia, a land whose people are
gifted in magic and technology both.
