TWO COLUMNS TITLE


ONE-TIME SETUP $597

For business owners looking to DIY their books. This initial setup will come
with a discounted Quickbooks subscription and 1 hour of training.



STARTER $450/MO.

Ideal for businesses with 1-100 monthly transactions and one to three bank or
credit card accounts.





PRO $650/MO.

Ideal for businesses with up to 250 transactions and four to six bank or credit
card accounts.





VIP $850/MO.

Ideal for businesses with 250 or more monthly transactions and seven to nine
bank or credit card accounts.



WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Quickbooks Online, Hubdoc as needed for receipt and statement collection and
storage, and a client portal for communication and secure document uploading.
Also, included: a customized chart of accounts specific to how you'd like to see
your financial picture, a year end tax package delivered to your CPA, CPA
communication as necessary throughout the year to maintain tax compliance, PLUS
a few extra tools to help you stay accountable to your wealth and freedom
building goals.


Every month we will categorize all business related income/expense transactions
and issue you a monthly financial package consisting of a Balance Sheet and
Profit and Loss. These reports will help you understand your business past to
make decisions on your business future. They are required in order to do any
type of tax planning or to fund your business with loans. Unlimited email and
text support is included.


What's NOT Included:
Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expenses for the month is
not included in the monthly package prices above. However, additional services
are available as an add-on to your basic bookkeeping package. These add-on's
include: detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability,
invoicing, bill payment, payroll, sales tax filing, tax planning and
preparation.
