Huizhou Winnington Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Huizhou City, a famous
tourist city. Founded in 2000, the company is a Hong Kong-owned enterprise
specializing in the research and production of precision casting of stainless
steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. With an investment of more than 5,000
million Hong Kong dollars, it covers an area of more than 27,000 square meters.
It has a full-fledged production department of product development, mold design,
precision casting, machining, heat treatment, polishing, stainless steel sink,
stainless steel faucet, etc. People, technical advantages, strong, intermediate
and technical personnel and management personnel 48 people.

 

In the past 19 years, the company has developed into a large-scale precision
casting and processing enterprise, with strong technical force, reliable
equipment support and advanced management concepts. The main equipments include:
CNC machine, 12 sets of machining equipment, GSK980TA CNC machine tools, 23
three-dimensional size detectors, 12 multi-station waxing machines, 4
medium-frequency melting furnaces and Spike One material spectrum analyzer and
one physical performance test center. While improving the overall quality, the
products have been expanded to more than 3,300 kinds, casting 3 grams to 80
kilograms of castings and many materials at home and abroad, such as CF8, CF8M,
CF3M, 1.4408, 2377, Cr25-Ni20, Cr28-Ni15 Cast iron, etc., the monthly output of
about 200 tons, most of the products are exported to the United States, Europe,
Japan and Southeast Asian countries. Strictly control the import of raw
materials, strict production process, strict quality control, and strict
after-sales service, and won the customers of different needs.

innovative, and pursues the quality policy of continuous improvement, pursuit of
