IN ORDER TO PROTECT DATA AND WITHSTAND CYBER ATTACKS FROM THE RUSSIAN
FEDERATION, WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED ACCESS TO DECLARATIONS.


WE WILL BE BACK RIGHT AFTER OUR VICTORY, WHICH YOU CAN SPEED UP IN THE FOLLOWING
WAY:

 1. Financially:
    * Transfer funds to the official special fundraising account of the National
      Bank of Ukraine to support the Armed Forces:

    * Donate to the following funds: Army SOS or Phoenix Wings
 2. Join the information campaign calling for Western leaders to:
    * protect the Ukrainian airspace
    * send NATO forces to Ukraine
      
      The instruction is below. Anybody can join this campaign, so please share
      this information with your friends from abroad.
 3. Donate blood; addresses of centres in your city can be found HERE. Also,

 4. Detect enemy marks (a cross, a circle) on roads and roofs, cover or paint
    them over, and communicate this to the TELEGRAM BOT created by the
    Cyberpolice
 5. Note how the enemy machinery moves and send this information to the Telegram
    chat @vseodnoikhnesadyat (it is read by law enforcement officers)
 6. And the main thing: don’t spread panic; help; read verified sources of
