Bad Session Instructions

Before you begin please close all windows except for one browser window. Please
make sure that you go directly to http://www.signaturetravelnetwork.com from
your address bar and not a saved page, also manually type in your credentials
(do not used autofill) as this may pull in an older session.


Instructions to clear cookies and cache below:


Google Chrome

Windows/Linux:

• Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.

• Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

• CTRL + SHIFT + Delete - Check the cookies and cache boxes then clear browser
data


Mac:

• Hold ↑ Shift and click the Reload button.

• Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ↑ Shift key and then press R.


Internet Explorer:

• Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.

• Or, hold the Ctrl key and click the Refresh button.

• Press F12, then Ctrl + R

• A pop-up "Are you sure you want to clear browser cache" pops up

• Select Yes.

• Close all open Internet Explorer windows and then open a new Internet Explorer
browser and log back into SigNet.


Safari:

• Hold down ↑ Shift and click the Reload button on the toolbar.


Mozilla Firefox and Related Browsers

Windows/Linux:

• Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.

• Or, hold down Ctrl and ↑ Shift and then press R.

• CTRL + SHIFT + Delete - clear the cookies, and cache OR go to your tools>
options > privacy > clear current history, and clear your cookies and cache from
there.


This should clear any old sessions and allow you to log in.
