Henry Baker Judson,
Missing Since 1976

On Thursday, April 8, 1976,
Our beloved Son, Brother, and Friend,
HENRY BAKER JUDSON
disappeared under mysterious circumstances
from his house in Lindell, Kansas.

And, instead of investigating his disappearance,
instead of searching for Henry,
instead of doing their job,
the Lindell Police Department has
LIED FOR DECADES
about what really happened that night.

Thanks to newly discovered evidence,
we are closer than ever
to discovering the TRUTH
as to what happened to Henry Baker Judson.

We will
BEAR WITNESS.

We will
SPEAK for the DEAD.

We will not rest until there is
JUSTICE FOR JUDSON.

“When JUSTICE is done,
It is a JOY to the righteous
But TERROR to evildoers.”
PROVERBS 21:15

WHAT FOLLOWS CONTAINS
GRAPHIC & DISTURBING IMAGES.
READER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.

In the early morning hours of Friday, April 9, 1976, the Lindell Volunteer Fire
Department responded to a call about a house fire at 3202 Mockingbird Drive,
located on the west side of Lindell, KS, in close proximity to the old campus of
the Lindell Technical College.

Unfortunately, the house was too far gone to be saved and the firemen could only
control the burn. After the smoke cleared, the volunteer firemen soon made a
grisly discovery in the ashes of the house: the bodies of three people dead in
what had been the living room.

What became quickly clear is that three people had been MURDERED.

The house had been rented by three students at the now defunct Lindell Technical
College: BRETT JONES, ANTHONY “TONY” PISANO, and Henry Baker Judson. Two of the
remains were quickly identified as Brett and Tony, however, and unfortunately,
it took the Lindell PD a few weeks to realize that the third body was that of
their good friend ALLISON CAMPBELL.

Brett Jones

Anthony "Tony" Pisano

Allison Campbell

Henry Baker Judson was nowhere to be found.

Henry was missing, never to be heard from again.

According to the LINDELL MORNING STAR, when asked about the fire and the bodies,
the Lindell Police Department’s detective Doug Bryant claimed that Henry was
their number one suspect for the murder of his friends.
But, did the LPD do everything in their power to find justice for the victims?
NO.

Did a state-wide manhunt for Henry begin? NO.

Did the LPD even look for him? NO.

Instead, there was no follow up, no search, no investigation.

Just years of the LPD stopping all document requests, all independent
investigations (paid for by Ian and Judy), all quests to find THE TRUTH.

Why? Because Det. Doug Bryant and the LPD were LYING.

"Blessed are those who mourn
for they shall be comforted."
MATTHEW 5:4

Henry, or “Hank” as his father often called him, was born in Spring Glen, OH on
June 10, 1955. Hank was the eldest brother to his darling sister Delilah Judson,
who he looked after. When Henry was a child, he loved playing with model trains
and building crystal radios with his dad. As a teenager, Hank was always active
at school, balancing his time between playing Varsity Basketball and spending
extra hours at the school’s workshop, where he honed his passion for tinkering,
engineering, and building all sorts of gadgets and doodads.

Friends and family remember Henry as a kind, warm-hearted young man with a
curious mind, whose head was always in the clouds. But Henry was always there
for people when they needed help which is not the behavior of a murderer!!! In
high school, Hank was always very popular and he was considered charming (his
friends used to joke of Henry as a bit of a ladies man and a bit of a
heartbreaker!!!). And Henry was always engaged in the community, volunteering
his time at the Lady of Our Sorrows Church, where his parents were lifelong
members.

After high school, Henry fulfilled the hopes of his parents by being the first
to go to college. Hank moved out of state to attend Lindell Technical College,
where he pursued a curriculum of studies in Mechanical Engineering and
Computational Sciences. Determined to build his future, Henry was very
passionate about his school work, balancing his studies with working in a
machine lab and occasionally volunteering for the odd innovative experimental
study for extra cash.

Although Hank was far away, Ian and Judy always kept him close to their hearts
and they were proud that their oldest boy was pursuing his version of the
American Dream.

Near the end of 1975, Henry had moved off campus, but still within the township
of Lindell, where he rented an apartment with his classmate Brett Jones and
their good friend Anthony “Tony” Pisano. The three friends were often seen
hanging out together and having fun in Lindell on the weekend. People at
Porter’s Pub remember them as always laughing and joking together in their
favorite corner booth there was no evidence none of tension between the friends
or any indication whatsoever that they would end in violence and their friends
in the Engineering Dept. remember the trio hosting weekend BBQs, where they
would show off their latest homebrewed inventions to their friends.

In the months leading up to his disappearance, Henry would call his parents
several times a week, always talking about how much he was looking forward to
his upcoming graduation in the spring of ’76.

According to Ian and Judy, Henry was upbeat, despite often being tired thanks to
his strong work ethic, but he always seemed excited at the prospect of finding
work in either Kansas City or Houston post-graduation and building a life.

The future was looking very bright for young Henry Baker Judson. Until he was so
unfairly taken from us.

“GOD will bring into judgment both
the righteous and the wicked,
for there will be a time for every activity,
a time for every deed.”
Ecclesiastes 3:17

The Lindell Police Department
never notified the Judsons
about Henry’s disappearance.

The Lindell Police Department
never notified the Judsons
about the sham investigation.

It wasn’t until Ian and Judy
drove down to Lindell in May 1976
that they were even aware of the events
that had taken place in April.
Once there, Ian and Judy discovered that Henry was missing
and his house was burned down.

They immediately went to the LPD,
even managing to meet with Det. Doug Bryant,
who seemed AVOIDANT & DISMISSIVE,
and who died conveniently in a car accident a few days later (RIP).

The LPD told them to go home,
that a new investigator would assigned
and would soon reach out to them.

That never happened.

With the LPD unable or unwilling to help,
the Judsons turned to private investigators
to help find out new info and evidence,
spending most of their life savings
on hoping to find the TRUTH.

Around that time, the Judsons began to suspect
That Henry was the victim of foul play,
And that maybe there was a police conspiracy
To cover up what really happened to their son.

Requests for documents
from the Lindell Police Department
relating to the case AND even requests
for Henry’s school documents
from Lindell Technical College
were stopped or ignored
over and over and over and over again.

Months turned into years which turned into decades.

Eventually, the Judsons heard back from Henry’s school:
Lindell Technical College claimed they never had a student by that name.

By the late ‘80s,
the official response from the LPD
was that all documents relating to
the “3202 Mockingbird Drive” case
were “missing or destroyed.”

And of course, no one was responsible or ever held accountable.

For decades, the Lindell Police Department
denied they had any information on Henry,
claiming that he was still a suspect at large.

Instead of apologizing to the Judson family
for their negligence and slander,
the Lindell Police Department engaged
in a CAMPAIGN OF INTIMIDATION & HARRASSMENT
against the Judsons,
calling at all hours of the night,
sending Weird People to watch them,
leaving nasty letters
that called Henry “crazy” and a “Satanist”
and spray painting strange symbols
on their drive way.

It looked like the
Lindell Police Department
was/is covering up the TRUTH.

What the Judsons endured
in their pursuit of TRUTH
is almost unbelievable
in God’s America.

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart.
And DO NOT lean
On your own understanding.”

PROVERBS 3:5

What happened to Henry Baker Judson on April 8, 1976
has remained shrouded in mystery for decades until now.

The only reliable info from that day
was Judy’s recollection of an early morning phone call.

Usually, Henry called on Sundays
but April 8th was a Thursday, which is why Judy Judson
thought she remembered the call.

“He sounded tired but in good spirits,” Judy recalled.
“He complained about how he wasn’t getting any sleep
and that he had a headache.
I chided him about working too hard
but Hank didn’t laugh like he normally would,
saying a recent sleep experiment didn’t help him none.
I asked what he meant by that
but he had to go run some errands
and that he loved me and his Pa no matter what.
Had I known that’d be the last time…”

After that call, Henry apparently disappeared into the ether.

Eventually, the Judson’s private investigators
were able to piece together
about the events of April 8, 1976:
Henry had missed all of his classes
and that he had recently been fired
from his job at the machine lab
for “poor attendance” and “attitude problems.”

There were no witnesses who remember
seeing him about town.

It was as if Henry wasn’t in Lindell at all.

Henry’s whereabouts during the day of April 8th remain a mystery.

But his parents,
Ian and Judy,
always remained steadfast & undeterred
in their belief that something,
anything would be found
of their beloved son Hank.

They never gave up hope.

And, eventually, their faith was rewarded.

“HE reveals the deep things of darkness
And brings utter darkness into the light.”

JOB 12:22

In June of 1994, the Judsons received a package from an UNKNOWN SOURCE.

Inside, the Judsons found photos, documents, and evidence relating to the 3202
Mockingbird Drive case, evidence that the Lindell Police Department said was
“missing or destroyed.” Evidence of their cover up.

The “missing” evidence included in the package:

 * A HANDWRITTEN NOTE
 * ID BADGES of detectives LOUIS CAMERON and DOUG BRYANT
 * Photos of a CRIME SCENE
 * MUGSHOT PHOTOS OF HENRY BAKER JUDSON (!!!)
 * A damaged reel of 16mm film of Henry’s interrogation

WHO sent the package to the Judsons is unknown, but inside the package was this
HANDWRITTEN NOTE.

The note, combined with the evidence (especially the ID cards), led Judy & Ian
to believe that the package may have been sent by Det. LOUIS CAMERON, who
committed suicide in early June of 1994 (RIP). Perhaps his conscience got the
best of him, about what HE DID TO HENRY BAKER JUDSON.

We will never know. May God have Mercy on his SOUL.

The CRIME SCENE PHOTOS included in the package are those of the MURDERS that
took place at 3202 Mockingbird Drive on April 8, 1976.

<< PLEASE NOTE!!! >>
JusticeForJudson.net has decided to share these photos
in the interests of revealing the TRUTH
and fighting the cover-up of the
LINDELL POLICE DEPARTMENT.

We do this to help find JUSTICE for the dead,
and not out of any disrespect
towards those who died or the families they left behind.

May God watch over their Eternal Souls.

It is clear in these images that these are the bodies of Brett, Tony, and
Allison. These poor unfortunate SOULS were brutally murdered in the most
horrific manner imaginable.

They deserved an investigation. They deserved justice.

But, if the LPD is to believed, there’s only one problem:

THESE PHOTOS SHOULD NOT EXIST.

According to the official story, the bodies of Brett Jones, Tony Pisano, and
Allison Campbell were discovered on April 9, 1976 by the Lindell Fire Department
AFTER the house at 3202 Mockingbird Drive burned to the ground.

For these photos to exist, Crime Scene Investigators and/or Detectives from the
Lindell Police Department had to be in 3202 Mockingbird Drive BEFORE it caught
fire.

For these photos to exist, THERE WAS A COVER-UP, which had to have taken place
on April 8, 1976 and perpetuated by members of the Lindell Police Department.

Also included in the package were also the MUGSHOTS of Henry Baker Judson:

For decades, the LPD has said that they had no knowledge of Henry’s whereabouts,
presuming him missing since the events of April 1976. They lied.

Henry must have been booked and processed and interrogated by the LPD on the
night of April 8, 1976. The LPD had Henry in their possession – SO WHAT HAPPENED
TO HIM???

The answer to these questions and more may be found on the damaged 16mm reel.

Unfortunately, the reel of 16mm film was too damaged to play in a projector and
is apparently beyond repair. It seems that the reel looks deliberately
SABOTAGED.

However, upon further examination, the film strip clearly shows HENRY BAKER
JUDSON being interrogated by detectives of the Lindell Police Department.

The detectives on the reel look to be det. Doug Bryant and Louis Cameron, LIARS
at the center of this cover-up, this conspiracy, to deny Henry Baker Judson the
justice he deserves. Additionally, there seems to be a tape recorder in the
image above, but unfortunately no audio tape was included in the package sent to
the Judsons.

JUSTICEFORJUDSON.NET IS AWARE
THAT THERE ARE ADDITIONAL COPIES
OF THE INTERROGATION VIDEO!!!

PORTIONS OF HENRY’S INTERROGATION VIDEO
HAVE BEEN PASSED AROUND
VIA UNDERGROUND VHS TAPES EXCHANGES
AND/OR UPLOADED TO THE INTERNET!!!!

IF YOU FIND ANY PORTION OF THE VIDEOS,
PLEASE CONTACT US!!!!

Also missing were any associated processing paperwork, transcripts of the
interview, and any other documentation of any kind. We can only assume these
were destroyed as part of the cover-up conspiracy perpetuated by the Lindell
Police Department.

“Keep your tongue from EVIL
And your lips from telling LIES.”
PSALM 34:13

This new evidence brings to light the following INDISPUTABLE FACTS:

 * Officers, Detectives, and/or Crime Scene Investigators for the Lindell Police
Department had access to at 3202 Mockingbird Drive on April 8, 1976 BEFORE it
   burned down.
 * The Lindell Police Department discovered the bodies of Brett Jones, Tony
Pisano, and Allison Campbell before their bodies (and all other evidence!!!)
were mysteriously destroyed in the fire at the crime scene.
 * The Lindell Police Department had in their possession Henry Baker Judson,
their supposed “lead suspect” in the murder of his friends, on April 8, 1976.
 * Detectives Doug Bryant and Louis Cameron had an interview with Henry, which
they recorded on 16mm film and on a tape recorder.
 * Henry Baker Judson disappeared on April 8, 1976, AFTER being taken in by the
LPD, AFTER being processed, AFTER being questioned.
 * The house at 3202 Mockingbird Drive mysterIously burned down The morning of
April 9, 1976, under suspicious circumstances.
 * Det. Doug Bryant LIED to the press and the Judsons about the events of April
1976, and died in a car accident days later.
 * The Lindell Police Department did not subsequently pursue a REAL
investigation of the murders nor of the whereabouts of their so-called lead
   suspect, Henry Baker Judson.
 * The Lindell Police Department LIED to the Judsons, saying that all documents
   were “missing or destroyed.”
 * Before it closed, Lindell Technical College miraculously “lost” all
documentation about Henry attending their school, despite him attending for
   years.
 * A campaign of intimidation and harassment of the Judsons occurred for
   decades.
 * A mysterious package arrived in 1994, showing evidence that the LPD LIED.
 * To this day, the Lindell Police Department denies all knowledge of the case.

THE ONLY LOGICAL CONCLUSION OF THESE INDISPUTABLE FACTS IS THAT HENRY BAKER
JUDSON WAS MURDERED BY MEMBERS OF THE LINDELL POLICE DEPARTMENT, WHO THEN
COVERED IT UP!!!!

Ian and Judy Judson both died in 1997, merely months apart, after 65 beautiful
years together, leaving behind their daughter Delilah and their four
grandchildren.

Ian & Judy went to their graves without knowing the TRUTH about what happened to
their son.

Ian and Judy were denied JUSTICE.
