looking for, I betcha.

constantly told that EVs are as affordable as ICE cars yet no one has been
able to show me a comparable car to my daughter's CX-5 in the EV world for
$28k.

* Calrson Fan $70K? Are you kidding me? My guess is the majority of them on the
road are leased as anyone with enough money to buy one will be shopping
somewhere else for their EV. This reminds me of an EV powered 1/2 ton PU. Too
expensive, stupidly heavy, & limited capability once you leave the city
limits. The final kicker: horrible re-sale value. With current battery tech.
& charging infrastructure EV's only make sense as commuter/around town
vehicles. Which they are fabulous at. Reality is you have no business owning
an EV if you can't charge at home & you don't have another vehicle(gas)
parked in your garage/driveway.
