Après un début de carrière dans l’industrie cartographique pour de grandes
entreprises de télécommunications et de navigation automobile, j’ai ensuite
accompagné des États fragiles ou en conflit dans leurs réformes foncières et
mise en œuvre de systèmes cadastraux à des fins économiques.

Maire à temps plein depuis 2020, je suis de retour à l’emploi avec l’objectif de
mettre mes compétences à disposition de sociétés devant s’adapter aux
changements climatiques et à la raréfaction du foncier urbanisable.



Initiated my career in the mapping industry for large telecommunications and
automobile navigation companies, I then supported fragile or conflict-affected
States with implementing land reforms and cadastral systems for economic
purposes.

Full-time mayor since 2020, I am back to work with the objective of making my
skills available to societies having to adapt to climate change and the
rarefaction of urbanizable land.
