This resort style home in the world famous community of Montage at Santa Rosa is
perfect for all your vacation needs. It’s where style and sophistication meet
entertainment and fun. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to
the Coachella Valley Music Festival and polo grounds, Rio is a stunning
six-bedroom, private pool home, offering 3,610 square feet of luxury living.
Within the great room you will experience the perfect area for entertaining.
Enjoy the Air Hockey table and impress your friends with your hidden talent in
at a game of chess or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your
vacation.

Outdoor: 
Take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa with a cocktail. Enjoy some great
conversation around one of the two fire pits on each end of the pool. Whip up a
variety of meals at the outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue. Spark some
friendly competition on the Ping Pong table, 5-hole putting green, classic game
of bean-bag toss, or the fun goalie net game!

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor
amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create
noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM
and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoors:
There is plenty of room to lounge in front of the 65-inch Samsung Smart
Television in the comfort of the section sofa. This opens up to the spacious
gourmet kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel
appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with freezer drawer and
offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite
countertops. Enjoy dinners at the dinning table with seating for 10 or enjoy
company at the island with seating for 2.

Bedroom Descriptions:
The Master Suite 1 is the first bedroom off the hallway and features a
King-sized bed, Twin-sized Daybed with Twin-Sized trundle, 55-inch Vizio Smart
Television, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio.
Private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and two vanity
sinks. Casita Suite 2 is located through Bedroom 4 or through the courtyard and
features a Full-sized bed, Twin-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart Television
and ceiling fan. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and one
pedestal sink.Suite 3 is located next to the front door and features a
Full-sized bed, Twin-sized Convertible Sofa, 55-inch TCL Smart Television,
ceiling fan and reach-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile
shower and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 4 is located across from the Gameroom
and features a Queen-sized bed, Queen-Sized Sofa Sleeper, 55-inch TCL Smart
Television, ceiling fan and piano. Bedroom 5 is located next to the  Laundry
Room and features two Full-sized beds, 55-inch TCL Smart Television, ceiling fan
and reach-in closet. Bedroom 6 is located next to Bedroom 5 and features a
Full-sized Bunk bed with Full-sized trundle, 42-inch Samsung Smart Television,
ceiling fan and desk. Hallway bathroom 3 is located next to the Laundry Room and
features a double vanity sink and combo shower/tub. Powder room 4 is located in
the hallway near Master Suite 1.

Location: Rio is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile"
Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta,
just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and
Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco,
Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate
10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other
Coachella Valley destinations.
