G. Hayden Reynolds, Jr., GM and Owner/Principal believes successful customer
relationships start with forthright communication and genuine interest in
customers' needs and desires. He wants Reynolds' customers to be happy, he wants
them to win, and he tailors the company's sales and marketing strategies to this
purpose.

A University of Connecticut graduate with a degree in business administration,
Hayden joined the business in 1995 in auto sales and over time grown into his
position of today. Affable, respectful and animated, he's ardent about his work
and infuses all the Reynolds team with his enthusiasm.

Hayden is also passionate about the history, future and preservation of the
Connecticut River, known for its beautiful vistas and teeming wildlife. He
serves on the Connecticut River Museum's Board of Trustees.

Hayden lives in Lyme with his wife, Emily, Daughters, Lillian, Charlotte and
Tess and Golden Retrievers, Hudson, Buddy and Cutter, whom you might get the
chance to meet in the Subaru Showroom. He enjoys the outdoors and when not
working is likely bow hunting, fishing or boating on the CT river and Long
Island Sound.

Kathryn Reynolds Wayland, vice president and controller knows customers by
name, enjoys sharing stories with them and making them feel at home. She's
proud of the Reynolds' history and believes impeccable customer service is
the key to its 150-plus years of growth and achievement. In 1995, Kathryn
graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in landscape horticulture and
she spent several years afterwards honing her skills. She joined the company
in 1999 as a Subaru service department advisor. Kathryn moved into her
present position in 2001 and thrives on fostering a strong work ethic among
the Reynolds team and building strong relationships with customers.
Currently, she is a committee member of Troop 26 Boy Scouts, as well as, a
member of the Board of Finance for the town of Lyme. She lives in Lyme,
Connecticut with her husband, Mark, and their children, Laura Lee and Ted.
They have fun touring in their restored 1926 Model T Ford and spending
summer weekends on Tedlee, their 1965 Lyman sleeper.

Nora Walters,General Sales Manager, has been in the Automotive Industry for
over 35 years. She was born and raised in Connecticut. Growing up, she
spent many of her summers at her family's cottage by the shore in Guilford.

Loving this area is what brought her to the Shoreline to live. Now residing
in East Lyme with her husband Clayton, bonus daughter Addison and
their German Shepherd Bodie and Mini Goldendoodle Lily. Nora's children are
pursuing their dreams; Jack in Seattle, Maxwell in Lebanon and Mason still
finding his spot to land. Clayton's older children are successfully living
their dreams. Amanda in Boston and James in East Lyme with his wife.

In her spare time she enjoys the pool, reading, gardening and spending time
with her family.

Charlie came to Reynolds' Subaru with the new building in 2018 and has spent
his life in the car business. He lives in Madison with his wife, Erin and
their four children, Emma, Charlie III, Eloise, and crazy Helen. Life isn't
crazy enough, so they all enjoy playing with their 3-year-old Bichon, Ollie
and are all very excited for a new puppy coming in the summer!

Don, business manager, has been living in Waterford CT his entire life.
Living in Waterford and married to his longtime best friend, Valerie. Don and
Valerie had been through school together since kindergarten. They have known
each other since they were 5 years old. Raising 2 kids, Chandler who has
recently started his first year in high school and Ada, she is in her 2nd
year in middle school. Don also has a small yorkie, Reese who is 3 years old.

Don has grown up in the auto industry. He started washing
cars at the age of 10 on Saturdays. When he started selling cars, it was at a
new car store in 1995 in Norwich CT and has learned every aspect of a
dealership. He has moved up through the "ranks" from a salesperson to a
general manager and everything in between. Don prides himself on customer
service. He would rather make friends with customers rather than "just
selling cars". He was mentored by his hero & best friend, his father, Mike
who had worked more than 45 years in the car business.

Since Don has started at Reynolds, he can't believe that he
hadn't started here 20 years ago. The true story of a family owned and
operated business. The Reynolds family goes above and beyond to make their
employees feel valued and appreciated and most of all "part of the family".

Keith has been working in the car business serving New London and Windham
County for 17 years. He is from Sprague where he has been raising his two
children, Kevin and Brianna with his wife Bianka. Outside of work is all
about family time and building memories. They enjoy hiking, camping, fishing
and soccer.

Jim lives in Colchester with his Australian cattle dog Koda. He is an avid
outdoorsman, spending his free time running, cycling, hiking, snowboarding
and hanging out with his 22 year old son, Haydon. He also enjoys traveling,
cooking, and homebrewing.

vehicles including 5 Subaru's, of course! In his spare time Chris enjoys
doing projects for friends and family and boating on Long Island Sound. He
also dabbles with oil on canvas painting of the ocean and landscapes.

An alum of Three Rivers Community College, Bryan enjoys spending his free
time problem solving, visiting new places with friends and family, doing
jiu-jitsu and MMA.

Bringing seven years' experience in the used auto industry, Monica joined our
team as a Parts Advisor. Once Marty announced his retirement she quickly
transitioned from advisor to Manager. Monica has two daughters, a grandson
and a granddaughter on the way. Often you might see Monica out dining with
her grandson, whom has a love for seafood! She also enjoys anything outdoors,
from a long hike to an exhilarating motorcycle ride. Monica also embraces our
Love Promise in her daily life, often cooking for those less fortunate and
donating her time and talent to help anyone in need.

has explored many different countries, islands, and states.
