BDO in Luxembourg is committed to an environment where open and honest
communications are the expectation, not the exception. This reporting is part of
BDO’s promotion of quality and speak up culture.

The digital platform allows anyone (clients, employees and collaborators,
suppliers and any other person who has had or intends to have business relations
with BDO in Luxembourg) to report - by means of a secure on-line guided path –
complaints or any concerns of unlawful conduct or irregularities, violations of
rules, violations of ethical requirements and in any case violations of
corporate procedures and provisions in general.

Do you want to i) report a complaint or a topic involving one legal entity of
