ABOUT US

Our founder, Ronen Onaca, has lived his life appreciating both the cultural
richness and business opportunity that living cross-culturally provides. 

 

After immigrating to the US as a young child, he grew up in Texas and proudly
became a US citizen shortly after completing his Master’s Degree in Tax at Texas
A&M University. After passing his CPA exams and completing an accounting
internship with Ernst & Young, he decided not to accept Big 4 accounting job
offers in order to explore business opportunities in India for five years.

 

In India, he witnessed the exceptional talent and expertise within the
accounting industry firsthand. Inspired by the wealth of skills and knowledge
available, he founded this company to bridge the gap between American businesses
seeking excellent, cost-effective accounting services and the abundance of
talented professionals in India.

 

Today, our mission is simple yet powerful: to streamline the process of sourcing
Indian accountants for American businesses, facilitating seamless collaborations
and unlocking opportunities for mutual growth and success.

frustration or miscommunication?

Answer: All of our partners are ISO 27001 certified. Conformity with ISO/IEC
27001 means that an organization or business has put in place a system to manage
risks related to the security of data owned or handled by the company, and that
this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in this
International Standard.

Our partners use a VPN to log into your system and save no data in India.
Additionally, the computers our accountants work on are all locked in a way that
prevents anyone from taking screenshots or printing/downloading files onto an
external storage device. 

Answer: We will make sure that you are paired with accountants that possess
excellent English speaking and comprehension abilities. If you do experience any
miscommunication issues along the way, AOS will be available to help you and
your accountant land on clarity.

Answer: No. We have served companies who needed just a few hours of accounting
services in month all the way to large multinational companies that have large
accounting departments. If needed we can help build out your accounting
department by providing staff accountants, senior accountants and managers. For
CPAs we can provide Preparer Staff, Reviewer Staff and Supervisor/Managers
depending on your needs. We provide a competitive rate for companies that need a
few hours of work in a month. We are able to provide a discount for those who
would like to hire accountants on a full-time basis.

Our partners currently have 140 tax professionals, 80 audit professionals and 50
accountants.
