When I first started playing 2 years ago, it was great. I was cashing out at
least $30 a month to PayPal. I even got my boyfriend playing it. But over the
last 6 months or so, it has changed. It no longer gives you the option to cash
out to PayPal. You can only cash out to gift cards. Well over the last 5 days
I've bought 3 Sonic discounts. Sonic wouldn't honor the discount when I placed
my order at one of the locations in town and I placed order online and it said
my coupon code was not valid.

The app started off fine. I've cashed out one other time before. Besides the
wait, it wasn't a big deal. Now, none of the games record your time, or your
stuck playing HOURS for a few hundred coins. If you get credit at all, and the
cherry on top. Since the update I can no longer buy Xbox cards which I've been
saving for, for MONTHS. Disappointed and will be going back to mistplay

I used to love this app! I don't know what happened in January 2024 but
everything started going wrong. Some things were fixed but problems arise all
the time now. No response from customer service, even after I replied to the
AUTOMATED email they sent telling me to read the FAQs and reply if I still
needed help. Seriously? Now, after I play for several hours, the app just stops
recording my points. Then it starts working again after awhile. Happens daily! I
have been cheated out of many points.
