Please contact the phone number (925) 689-2888 “ Being a fan of all kinds of buffets of any kind of foods, I just had to check out this Tomi Seafood Buffet here in Concord at the Sun Valley Mall. My friend who lives in the East Bay here said it was the best Asian buffet around especially for the price of just $15 for lunch. The dinner price really goes up to $25. Lunch is a better deal for what you can eat. Go at 11am or soon after when they open, showing up at 2pm will just get you half empty food trays or ones that won't get refilled as no business is gonna fill a tray of food when they are gonna be closing. Looking at all the food, you got Chinese and sushi mostly, but the Chinese food, you'd think you were in Chinatown. There were some weird foods out there, the real authentic Chinese stuff. Dim Sum too as well as a bunch of soups. The sushi is forgettable, I'd skip that and go for the BBQ meats section and the deep fried sections. There was BBQ pork, crispy pig, roast duck and chicken and I think there were what looked like feet of some sort. The fried section had some of the best wings I ever had, calamari, big prawns, tempura veggies and even grilled whole mackerel, like you get at those fancy Japanese BBQ places. The ambiance is sort of cafeteria and service pretty much sucks, but they do bring the bill fast! Water refills are hard to come by, but the great food makes up for all the bad stuff, like service and noise and sitting right next to other diners. I'm not sure if it's really worth $25 for dinner, when lunch was so fab. ” - ROBBIE R. “ Mon-Thur Dinner is $24.99/person. Consistently OUTSTANDING customer service every visit. Water refills are constant and all of the servers are attentive without being overbearing. Surprisingly good quality sashimi! A really nice variety of sushi. Lots of hot food to choose from. Definitely something for everyone. Don't forget dessert! Green tea ice cream is one of my favorite (not overly sweet). You get dinner for FREE on your birthday, but you will have to show ID. ” - MADISON M. “ I went there for dinner on January 1, 2019, and learned that it was this location's last day in business. Its branches in Union City and San Jose remain open. Sad. Tomi Concord has always been better than the typical buffet place. ” - JAMES L. “ Had lunch here with a co-worker, he told me it was his spot so I had to check it out. This is a solid buffet, I haven't been to a sushi buffet in years so I was pleasantly surprised. The fish was good and the cuts clean. I tried to eat everything to really get a feel for the place. The maguro, hamachi, and salmon were very good. They have some tempura fried rolls that were cool, make sure to get them when they are first presented, nice crunch and content.. had one cold that wasn't great and the fryer flavor expressed, but had a couple warm and it was much better. The cooked buffet has lots of options from soups, noodles, rices, veggie options, dumplings, and a tempura section. I enjoyed the fried rice with bbq pork. There are a lot of dessert items I didn't try and a nice selection of fruits. For $17, I was impressed and will return. ” - TROY T. “ Being a fan of all kinds of buffets of any kind of foods, I just had to check out this Tomi Seafood Buffet here in Concord at the Sun Valley Mall.
