HOW IT WORKS

DUOS helps older adults live to the fullest by pairing them with a “Duo,”a
dedicated resource to help with the little things that make a big difference.


GET PAIRED WITH A DUO

We’ll pair you with a real person who’s just a phone call away. Lean on them for
help arranging rides, food deliveries, and other things you may need help with.


CHECK IN EACH WEEK

Your Duo will call once a week to see how you’re doing and what they can
possibly take off your to-do list. Want to talk sooner? Call back anytime during
the day (9 am–9 pm ET, Monday–Friday).


KEEP ON KEEPING ON

Your Duo helps take care of the little things, so you can focus on what really
matters. They can help you pursue those things, too!

WHAT CAN WE HELP WITH


RIDES

Get where you need to go. We can help set you up with a ride to your doctor,
into town, to visit friends… wherever.


FOOD DELIVERIES

Get what you need, delivered. We can help schedule food deliveries or set you up
with low-cost or no-cost programs like Meals on Wheels or a local food bank.


HOUSING

Keep your housing in good repair or find someplace that suits you better. We’ll
help make your housing feel like home.


HEALTH & WELLNESS

Identify a doctor in network, fill prescriptions, find savings, and get medical
equipment. We’ll set you up.


COMMUNITY

Connect with your community through classes or social groups. We’ll find
something you’re interested in. Your Duo is also a friend to lean on.

A lost motorized scooter was making Joann’s world smaller and smaller.


DUOS GOT HER A NEW SCOOTER PRESCRIPTION

Joann’s Duo found out that her new scooter was stuck overseas with no ETA, so
she helped get a prescription for a new one.


JOANN GOT A LOANER SCOOTER THAT WEEK

Joann took it from there! With prescription in hand, she felt confident
insisting that the scooter company make it right.


VICKY WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME. I’D STILL BE WAITING ON THAT
SCOOTER IF I DIDN’T GET A LITTLE PUSH FROM HER.
