Lost or stolen card

To report a lost or stolen Credit Union Group card, please contact a
representative at one of the following numbers as soon as possible:

Lost or stolen checks
To report a lost or stolen check, clients may request a stop payment through
Credit Union Group Online Banking, by calling 1 (437) 552 1110 during business
hours, or by contacting your Credit Union Group branch. It will help to have the
check number, amount and payee of the last legitimate check written. To protect
you from the possibility of future fraudulent activity, it may be necessary to
open a new account.
Report Fraudulent Activity
If you notice suspicious activity on your Credit Union Group account, please
contact us immediately at 240 825 0921. Or you may send us a Secure Message from
Credit Union Group Online Banking. We frequently monitor accounts for suspicious
activity and may contact you should we notice transactions that are out of the
ordinary.
Address Change

To change your address, sign in to Credit Union Group Online Banking, select the
Services tab and click on Change of Address. Or you can request change by
completing an Address Change Form for each affected account holder. We must
receive authorization from each client before the change can be processed.


DEBIT CARD CONTROLS & ALERTS

Set controls and real-time alerts to add security to your debit card with the
Credit Union Group Debit Card Controls app. From the app, you can manage when,
where, and how your debit card can be used. Learn more about the Credit Union
Group Debit Card Controls app.



DEBIT CARD SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ALERTS

When we notice suspicious activity on your Credit Union Group debit card, we
will alert you by email, text or automated phone call. Read about our
notification process here.


REAL-TIME CREDIT CARD NOTIFICATIONS

When you provide us with your mobile phone number, we can text you fraud alerts
for your Credit Union Group credit card. Simply reply Yes to confirm your credit
card activity or No for unauthorized transactions. .


CREDIT CARD FRAUD NOTIFICATION

When you provide us with your mobile phone number, we’ll text you if we notice
suspicious activity on your card. Otherwise, we may contact you by phone if we
detect suspicious activity.
