I rarely do reviews, but this place was TRULY over the top! I rented 3 condos at
Sea Dunes for a family vacation this past June. My family stayed in 1614 Sea
Dunes and I can truly say that this home is one of the very nicest I have ever
had the pleasure of staying in. Condo was beachy and comfortable with a view
that DOES NOT END! Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the entire
stay was just magical. We enjoyed it so much that we re-booked for a second time
in late August and had a weekend to remember! I can honestly say that the
owners/management have seen to every detail to ensure a fabulous vacation and I
will be back every year! Just wanted to say thank you for going the extra mile
and sharing your beautiful home with others!

I love this condo so much!! Stayed here several times and nothing beats it!! The
view, location, beauty & comfort of it all inside and out is simply THE BEST!!
It is so updated and always so welcoming and warm to come to year after year on
our vacation- wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Amelia Island. Never disappoints!!!

I went to Amelia Island with my girlfriends over Memorial Day and we stayed at
this beautifully, well-maintained condo. The condo is walking distance to the
beach so we would wake up, sit on the balcony with coffee, overlooking the
wonderful view of the ocean, before we headed out for a long day on the beach.
The condo was equipped with tons of beach accessories, chairs, and cooler! It
was one less thing we had to worry about!

The 3 bedrooms were decorated with new furnishings and everything was very clean
inside. It was a great change from the last few times I rented other condos in
Amelia. The owner of this property is amazing and very attentive. She kept in
contact with us throughout our stay and even made sure we had everything we
needed! 

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay
with modern feel, with amazing service. You will not be disappointed! I’ll
certainly return back with my family!!!!

CHECK-IN IS AT 4:00 PM (EST) AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 11:00 AM.


NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. ALL RVS, TRAILERS, AND BOATS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE
SECURITY GATE. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

 

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rate, including taxes and fees is
required to secure a reservation.  The full remaining balance is due thirty (30)
days prior to arrival date.  The credit card on file will be charged thirty days
prior to arrival if other payment arrangements have not been made.  Payments may
be made in cash, personal check, traveler’s check, bank money order or credit
card.  In cases where the booking is within 30 days of the arrival date, the
full balance is required to secure the reservation.
