Any modern Android smart phone will suffice, something with a screen around 6.5
inches would  be ideal running Android 10 or upwards, you can also use a Android
tablet like a Galaxy 7 or 8 inch which is ideal ( no sim card needed )



We Need Our System a Little Different Will You Modify?

Yes of course, we are happy to modify the system to suit your exact requirments,
we all work in different ways



Is There a Limit on Number of Hand Helds?

No limit at all. Our servers can handle as many as you need



How Much Data Does the App Use?

Our app works in offline mode it only requires data or a wi-fi connection to
login and to re-sync on log out



Can The System Auto Generate Bills and Invoices to Send?

Yes, you can print bills directly from the system for doorstep customers to
leave, or have bills auto emailed to customers at the end of the week with
directions on how to pay, saving you time and hours!



Can Customers Pay Online and See Their Bills For This Week and Future Weeks?

Yes they can, a full breakdown is provided in the customer portal, showing all
past deliveries,and future deliveries their current balance and payment options,
they can even pay alternative amounts. Example if they owe 16.83 then they can
pay £20 and go into credit.

both our doorstep and wholesale delivery rounds. Amendments to customer orders
are now far easier to manage (particularly if they do it themselves using their
online customer portal!) and the invoicing process is also far less labour
intensive, with less room for error. The MDS team has been very responsive to
