I live in Oregon and had a house to sell in Long Beach California. I have spent
time in that area for years, but needed as much help as I could get. I contacted
Daniel Taylor. I could not have been happier with the help he gave. We needed to
get a person evicted from the property, which he handled all of for me, taking a
very large weight off my shoulders. After they were gone he then went through
the house deciding what needs to be done with interior, landscaping, etc. He
helped find people what would clear the house out, then found cleaners to clean
the whole place, including garage and outside of house. Landscaping to trim
trees, bushes and grass. Everyone of the people he recommended were very
reasonable on pricing and did an amazing job. He set up so I could sign papers
at my convenience. We got over asking price and closed quickly, with very little
effort on my part, he handled every little thing. I could message him anytime
and he would always respond very quickly and throughly. I could not have asked
for a better experience, with a difficult sell. Thank you Daniel for all your
