The One Touch Switch (OTS) process was established by Ofcom to drive choice,
convenience and innovation by simplifying the process for switching residential
fixed voice and broadband services. The One-Touch Switching Company LTD (TOTSCo)
is responsible for delivering the messaging platform that enables OTS and
developing industry rules around this. 

Our Managed Access Gateway (MAG) platform simplifies and expedites the entire
switching process by providing real-time coordination between the gaining and
losing broadband services providers. It empowers them to smoothly complete
customer switches, at lower cost and with fewer errors via a simple, seamless
and secure web-based GUI portal or API that:
