ALL ABOUT ARTWORKS AND GRAPHICS

What file types are recommended for artwork uploads?

Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file.
Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom
banner's order. There's no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a
part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the
banner's grommets. Acceptable formats include:

 * EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
 * AI (Adobe Illustrator)
 * PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
 * PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
 * JPEG (High Resolution JPEG)
 * TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPEG, TIFF files gets blurry when
enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. If submitting
these files please follow these guidelines.

 * 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
 * 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
 * 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
 * 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the
image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted in any size, in
proportion to your banner's size


Once my reprint has been approved, can I change the artwork?

All reprints must duplicate what was originally printed.


How many colors can each banner include?

BannerBuzz does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing you to
choose as many photos or graphics as you want on your displays.


Can BannerBuzz print on both sides of the banner?

Yes, we can print banners on both sides. We use 13 Oz vinyl for double sided
printing.


Do you print height by width (H x W) or width by height (W x H)?

Yes, we print both but size selection on website is WxH. If you have any doubt
you can opt for our Hire a Designer services for the design purpose.


Can I change my artwork once it has been approved and is in production?

Once your artwork has been approved it will go straight to production and no
changes can be made.


Does BannerBuzz make vertical print banners?

Yes we do.


What if I don't like the proof of the banner?

Our design team will work with you until we create a banner that satisfies you.
If we cannot come to an agreement, you can expect to see a full refund within 24
hours.


What if the colors on the custom banner don't come out the way I expected?

Printers at BannerBuzz are calibrated to print colors accurately to match the
order, but in cases that they do not, we cannot be held responsible. The
appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment
compared to yours. We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color,
depth or tone. However, we recommend you to provide Pantone + Color Bridge
Coated for the best match. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case
basis.


What does it mean by 'Instant preview for this file type not available'?

For certain file types like PDF, DOC, DOCX, EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, TIF, TIFF, PPT,
BMP, SVG, our system is not able to generate an instant proof for review but we
have your file and our pre-press department will review your file for size and
quality (resolution) before sending it to the production. They will contact you
if the file is not good for printing. If a proof is requested, you will receive
an email proof (even if the file is good) within 24 hours and we will only
process the order after you review and approve the proof.


What printer resolution do you use?

We use 300 dpi to 1000 dpi resolution.


What printing technology do you use?

We employ cutting-edge printing and finishing gear. We have dye-sublimation,
direct-to-fabric, solvent, Eco-solvent, and HP-Latex printers. The maximum
resolution of our solvent and eco-solvent printers is 320 dpi, whereas that of
our UV printers is 1000 dpi. Direct-to-fabric printing and dye-sublimation
transfer technology are used to print all of our fabric goods. We provide
solvent and UV printing for our banners and decals.

What is BannerBuzz's Warranty?

We stand by our “commitment towards quality” with an industry-leading 180-day
(six-month) warranty. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with
your purchase, rest assured, we've got you covered under certain terms.

In the event of specific issues related to your order involving, primarily but
not limited to Received Damaged Product/Transit Damage/Product Missing, upon
delivery, customers should report these discrepancies within hours of receiving
their order. Failure to do so within this timeframe will render the product
ineligible for our warranty.

For other issues, such as product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing
defects within this 180-day period, BannerBuzz will either replace the product
at no additional cost or provide a credit equal to the value of the defective
product.

Please note: BannerBuzz reserves the right to investigate claims to determine
eligibility under its guarantee. It will then decide between a refund or
replacement based on the customer's preference.

What if my order is lost by your shipping carrier?

If our shipping carrier loses your order, we will open an investigation on that
package and issue a reprint with priority shipping. This can take about 3–4
days.


What is BannerBuzz's return policy?

BannerBuzz stands firmly behind its commitment to quality and customer
satisfaction. All our products come with an industry-leading 180-day (six-month)
warranty. In rare instances, if we have made an error in your custom order or
the product is damaged during transit, we will promptly replace your order or
offer a full refund. All you have to do is raise a ticket under "My Account",
and we will resolve it within hours.

DELIVERY DATES:

 * Guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all
   information needed to process the orders, including print-ready graphic
   artwork and files, is received with the order. If there is any delay in
   getting the required information from the customer, it might delay the
   delivery date.
 * We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS as our shipping carriers. In rare cases,
   there might be a delay with the shipping carrier. In such instances, we do
   not take responsibility for the delay.


Do the custom banners have grommets or holes along the side for hanging? If so,
can I order more for my signage?

All of our banners include grommets every three to four feet, per industry
standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed at specific points,
please explain in the 'special instructions' box. Also, if grommets are needed,
you will have to select them from the dropdown.


Do the banners have slits for the wind?

Our vinyl banners do not come with wind slits, but this option can be arranged
for an additional charge. We also have a collection of mesh banners, which are
made with loosely woven vinyl that can withstand heavy winds.


Are banners waterproof? How long will they last?

Yes our Vinyl Banners are waterproof and weather proof. Generally our Banners
last three to five years


I am hanging my custom banner over the street between two poles. What do you
recommend to make sure it hangs properly?

Utilizing flexible bungee cords will ensure that the banner will hang in the
proper areas. We recommend taking the signage down if the area experiences heavy
winds


What is the difference between 11 oz vinyl material and 16 oz?

Banners made of 16 oz vinyl utilize a heavier amount of vinyl. This makes
banners more durable while adding life to the display. We recommend this option
for outdoor custom banners


Do you print neon colours?

We can make the closest possible match to the colors you specify when placing
orders.

How much is the shipping cost?

All of the shipping calculations are done based on the product you will order
from us. On the cart page, you will see the exact amount for shipping.


How long does it take to receive my custom banner?

Once we get the approval for the artwork, our team will take 12-24 hours to work
on the banner. From there, it depends on the type of shipping, which could range
between three to nine business days.


Will I get a full refund if I decide not to go with the order after 60 days?

We only provide store credit after 60 days


Does BannerBuzz ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship outside the US. Below are the details for the countries where we
ship. You can also contact our customer support team for more information.

What if my order is not delivered within the guaranteed time frame?

BannerBuzz's website displays an estimated delivery date for your product based
on the selected shipping method. Please use the correct payment option when you
reach the checkout. Unless there were issues with the shipping company, we have
fulfilled over 85% of orders by the expected delivery date.


Where do I mail my payment?

All checks should be mailed to our sales office located at: 415 Horizon Drive,
Suite 350 Suwanne, GA 30024, United States.


May I purchase a custom sized banner?

Yes, please input the custom dimensions in the instant price space. For example,
if you are looking for a 4.5 foot by 10 foot banner, input that measurement in
the space where it says 'instant price'.
Repeat these exact dimensions in the 'special directions' space to make sure
that the design and printing teams are aware of the size of the custom banner.


What if my package is returned to the sender?

if orders are returned to our facility we will make every attempt to contact the
customer to reship the order. If we cannot make contact with the customer we
will be forced to toss the order after 30 days of receiving the returned order.


Where are you located?

OUR MAIN OFFICE IS LOCATED AT:

415 Horizon Drive, Suite 350 Suwanne, GA 30024, United States.

However, we have production facilities inside and outside of the country. It
cannot guarantee where the production will happen for each product and order.
Your order may be manufactured in the United States or abroad.




Can I change my order after the dimensions are approved?

You can contact our customer support team via call or chat. We will check the
progress on the order, and if possible, we will make the changes to the order.
However, once the order is processed and is in production, there cannot be any
changes to the order.


Can I cancel my order and get full refund?

You can contact our customer support team via call or chat. We will check the

What If I received damaged order?

BannerBuzz guarantees that the order will be delivered safely and without any
issues. However, sometimes the order may be damaged in transit. In which case
you can take the product images along with the shipping box images, clearly
showing the damage and the package label. Upon reviewing the images, we will
offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit.


I only received part of my order - where is the rest?

Different materials mean that we can't always fit many products from the same
order into the same package. There is a possibility that the product will arrive
in many containers. If you have any questions or need assistance locating your
additional package(s), please get in touch with our customer service team.


Can I update my billing address?

Once the order is placed you cannot update the billing address.


Can I change the shipping address?

You can modify the delivery address while the order is in the packaging process.
If you need assistance with this, please get in touch with our customer support
team. However, once the order is packed you cannot make changes to the delivery
address.


How do I reorder something I previously purchased?

This service is available for a 6-month-old order. However, if you are unable to
reorder, please contact our customer support team.


Can I reorder a product but change the size?

Unfortunaly this service is not available as it may vary the process of
reordering. However, if the old order is within 6 month old then you can mention
the old order number in the "Specific Instruction" box so that our designer can
see the issue.


I am a tax exempt customer and/or a reseller. How do I collect a refund for the
taxes I paid?

If you are tax exempt first order you need to palace with us and contact our
customer support team with the tax exempt forms. Once its finalize we will
provide you the refund for the tax and next time you will be exempt from the
tax.


Do you ship to APOs and FPOs?

Unfortunately we do not ship to APO and FPOs.


Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my
monitor?

Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colours may not always match
the colours displayed on your computer monitor.


Can I make a correction to my order after the artwork is approved?

No, you cannot make any changes to the order once the design is approved..
