Get the information you need in a way that's convenient for you.



We want to make sure you can access the information you need quickly and easily.

You can get your bills and other important information in different formats:


 * Braille - UEB (Unified English Braille), grade 2
   
 * Large print - Arial 18
 * Audio CD

 


CHANGE HOW YOU GET BILLED 


 1. At the top of any page click on My BT. Log in to My BT. 
 2. Go to Your bills and usage > Your bill settings > Change how you receive
    your bill.
 3. Go to Choose format and choose from options like Large Print, Braille and
    Audio CD.

If you need some other format - like different font sizes, Grade 1 Braille, or
coloured paper/ text - we'd be glad to help.
