construction, TODO® II tank units are STANAG 3756 to ensure cross-compatibility

EASIER MAINTENANCE. REDUCED SERVICE TIME 

TODO® II tank units are designed with serviceability in mind. Combining a
streamlined, modular design with intelligent part numbering; TODO® II helps
operators keep system downtime to a minimum by eliminating the complexity of,

MAXIMUM SAFETY

TODO® products are renowned for their safety. Featuring a 5:1 safety factor,
TODO® II tank units have been certified to the highest safety standards,
providing operators with total peace of mind. Building on the PED certification
of existing TODO-MATIC® products; TODO® II tank units ensure maximum safety by
being one of very few in their class to be TPED certified.






VIRTUALLY ZERO SPILLAGE

Equipped with DRY-BREAK Coupling® technology, TODO® II tank units are engineered
to minimize product loss. TODO® II provides virtually zero spillage on
disconnection; while the robust design ensures zero containment leakage under
pressure.




FASTER LOADING / UNLOADING

Engineered using computer simulated flows, TODO® II tank units provide best in
class flow. An improved piston design that further minimizes flow turbulence
reduces the TODO II pressure drop by up to 32% at the time of discharge.


EASIER HANDLING 

Designed with a 33% reduction in weight, without impacting wall thickness,
ensures that TODO® II tank units provide operators with easier handling and
improved ergonomics; all without sacrificing the high levels of safety that
TODO® is known for.

The below chart details physical results of our gravity discharge testing,
highlighting the timing difference (in minutes) in two scenarios:

- TODO® II Tank Unit coupled to TODO-MATIC® Hose Unit

- TODO-MATIC® Tank Unit coupled to TODO-MATIC® Hose Unit




Results were recorded for the 500 litre discharge and for full 1000 litre drain.









Table 2 shows the time differences in terms of actual minutes and percentage
improvement:
