Our custom designed and expertly finished Tiny Homes and portable rooms are the
perfect solution when you have space restrictions. Whether its for an additional
room at home for a growing family, a craft room, additional space at the bach or
you are wanting a fully functional tiny home we have a solution that will suit
every need

You can use one of our current designs or work with one of our team to create a
space that is unique and fits your need perfectly. 




CUSTOM BUILT

All our Tiny Homes and Portable Rooms are custom built to order and with LBP
carpenters on staff they are built to a high standard and are built to withstand
New Zealand's harsh conditions. 
All our rooms are designed and built in New Zealand and are built out of our
Waikato based factory.





WHO ARE WE?


We are a family run business with over 20 years experience in the construction
industry. We are proud to be providing our customers with tiny homes and
portable rooms.
Our Directors Anthony and Jonny are both qualified builders and have been
involved in all aspects of the building industry ranging from new houses,
alterations and regulatory services. We have designed and constructed over 300
portable rooms and are the go to name in portable rooms around the country.
Our team are extremely passionate about the work that they do and deliver a
product that is second to none, everytime.
