Wurstspezialitäten GmbH that uses high-precision vision components to reliably
check the quality of Berner sausages. The innovative system, which enables the
inspection of sausages in flight during the production process, detects
undesired intestine residues from a size of 1 mm² ensuring the good products
have a purity of 99.999% depending on the defect size.
