⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Well, I chose Scouts primarily due to their impressive 600-5 star reviews! I
was scheduled within one day, and once the technician Ben arrived, I began to
see why this company is so favored. Ben was VERY knowledgeable and gave me all
the answers to questions and taught me more than I even knew about pests! He was
awesome and very professional! Prices were competitive and he was able to do the
initial treatment the same visit. I was happy! I expect good results because I
trust Ben and his confidence in their services. Thank you for such a great first
time experience with your company!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“We have been using scout pest control for several years now. They have always
been kind and met our needs. The techs that come out are very friendly and know
what they are doing. Every tech that has come to our home has been great with
our children and pets too!! They have a safe product for family and pets that
works wonders. The techs are very knowledgeable about their products, and make
sure to answer any questions you may have. They don’t leave until you are
comfortable and satisfied with your service. We also just moved to a new home we
were able to transfer our services no problem and no questions asked. All it
took was a simple phone call to the office. The whole staff at Scout Pest
Control is awesome to work with. We normally get Ben as our tech he is awesome,
but a new tech serviced our new house today, his name is Chris and he did an
outstanding job too! We highly recommend this company for your pest control
needs!!”

“We have been with Scouts since 2016, and not had a single complaint to say.
We’ve enjoyed each technician we have had over the years. And we love that the
services are so affordable! Any time we’ve called with a question they have been
quick to respond, and fulfill our needs. Everyone has always been so nice to us
and our family, even our fur babies.
Keep up the great work. We will always suggest you guys to everyone we know!”

FAMILY FRIENDLY PEST CONTROL THAT’S EASY TO WORK INTO YOUR ROUTINE!

Our service is family friendly and easy to work into your routine. After
completing an initial flush out visit, we return regularly, usually just once
per season, to attack pests where they nest and hide, as well as to put up
protective barriers that prevent re-entry of pests into your home. Unlike many
other services in the Huntsville area, the majority of our customers only see us
once a season. Our goal is to do it right each time and to set a service
schedule that works best with your home and situation.

We provide the most comprehensive treatment methods, using the most advanced
products on the market to ensure your home remains pest free between visits.
Often, because we can space our services to as little as once every three
months, we can save you money off of what many “bargain” monthly service
companies charge – while upgrading the results considerably! Because each
situation varies somewhat we also offer customized treatments and service
frequencies as needed.

We are so confident in our services that Scout offers a 100% satisfaction
guarantee. If for any reason you experience pest problems with any of our
covered pests between services, we will return, for free, as many times as
necessary to resolve the issue.

Call us today at (256) 216-1088!

PEST CONTROL FAQS

Q: WILL I EVER SEE ANY BUGS AFTER STARTING SERVICE?

After we’ve treated an area, any remaining bugs will exit their hiding places
and seek to remove themselves from the area that has been treated for pests. As
a result, you might see insect activity immediately following your initial
service. The frequency at which you see pests in your home should diminish
within 2 weeks as the treatment settles in and any remaining bugs leave the
area, leaving you pest free.

It is completely normal and expected to see the occasional bug, as they are a
natural part of any environment, but you should no longer suffer from  large
quantities of insects inside your home. If you start to see infestation-levels
of bugs or they are becoming a continuous indoor nuisance, a second treatment
might be necessary and we are more than happy to return to your Huntsville home
to provide this service. Read More About Pest Control Tips Here

Q: DO I NEED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE DURING/AFTER TREATMENT?

Your comfort and safety is our number one priority. Therefore, out of an
abundance of caution, we ask that pregnant women and very young children stay
out of the service area until after everything has had a chance to dry. Anyone
who has underlying conditions, sensitivities, or who might otherwise be
vulnerable might also want to check with their doctor about health concerns
related to pest control. If you don’t fall into any of these categories, it is
perfectly safe to stay at your home throughout and immediately following your
pest control service. Regardless of medical concerns, if you would feel more
comfortable leaving the premises entirely during treatment, you are more than
welcome to do so!

Q: WHY IS THERE AN ABUNDANT AMOUNT OF SPIDERS THIS YEAR?

A variety of factors can contribute to the spider populations you encounter in
Madison county and the greater Huntsville area from year to year. Usually,
weather is a huge contributing factor. The warmer the weather, the more actively
insects can reproduce. When there’s an abundance of pests, the spider population
increases in direct proportion. Mild winters mean fewer spiders will die off
over the course of the season, more importantly, fewer of the spiders’ favorite
foods will die off, leaving an abundance of their food supply. You can see why
this would be an easy recipe for an abundance of spiders!

There are also elements of your home and property that might be attracting more
spiders. If you’ve made changes in your landscaping or if it’s fallen into
neglect, you may be inviting more insects to reside there, which in turn
attracts spiders. Standing water will also increase your pest and spider
population, so it’s good to make sure your landscaping is well taken care of.

Q: WHAT DO YOU USE FOR ORGANIC/GREEN TREATMENTS?

Safe and environmentally conscious pest control practices are important to us,
which is why we use a treatment approved by the National Organics Program and
other natural compounds to eliminate pests in your home. We’ll also often
utilize essential oils like thyme, rosemary, and peppermint that serve as
natural pest repellants for a safer, eco-friendlier solution to your bug
problem!
