That’s why our data-loving experts are dedicated to educating association
professionals about data analytics for professional associations through our
ongoing Analytics in Action webinar series, blog posts, e-books & guides, data
analytics maturity assessment, case studies and presentations at association
conferences all over the country.

Equally as dedicated to customer success, our team invests heavily in customer
resources, like our annual user conference, Predict, that features sessions from
our staff and association thought leaders focused on helping customers
successfully leverage Acumen and data analytics. Our online learning management
system, Acumen Academy, is available to all customers and is packed with
educational courses about data, analytics and using Acumen. Customers can also
dive into the Acumen Community to post questions to their peers and A2 staff, as
well as share best practices or keep a pulse on data-related tips and tricks.
Finally, as we strive for transparency with our customers, we publish a
quarterly newsletter, The Hoot, to provide regular updates of what our product
team is working on, resources we’ve created, opportunities to get to know our
team, and shining a light on the direction we are headed.
