We’re proud to announce the opening of our  new headquarters in Concord, Ohio,
30 minutes east of downtown Cleveland. 

Over the past two years we’ve been working with a talented team of architects
and engineers to design and build SDC’s next home. Our facilities were designed
with innovation, technology and capacity in mind; providing us with more room to
house our team and all our projects. 

Our facilities feature:

 * 15,000 sq ft of modern offices and meeting spaces with a 3D printing and
   vision lab
 * 60,000 sq ft of temperature controlled assembly and manufacturing spaces
   * 3 sets of overhead cranes
   * 20 dedicated machine assembly bays
   * Panel building area
   * Full service machine shop
   * Inspection lab
   * Large paint booth and fabrication area

programming, assembly, and troubleshooting. This often solves problems that
don’t have a simple solution.

For 25 years we have been developing our team and technology while meeting our
clients’ expectations. We specialize in assembly and processing machines,
testing and inspection systems, semi-automated solutions, and unique custom
designs.

OUR PROCESS

Solving our client’s toughest automation needs — we make machines that help

DESIGN

Our mechanical and electrical controls engineering teams work with our clients
to make sure each project is designed to meet every specification and
requirement.


BUILD

Our machine builders and electricians assemble each system in-house, working
with our engineering teams to provide a robust machine. 


RUN-OFF

Each SDC system undergoes rigorous machine testing, otherwise known as run-off,
to pass client acceptance criteria before they leave our facility. 


SUPPORT

We value long-term partnerships and stand behind our custom automated systems.
For as long as the machine is in production, we’ll provide support.
