Cannot login. Neither by registering nor claiming a forgotten password. Always
the same not helpful error "A technical problem occurred, please try again".
With that the app is 100% useless. Up to now the helpdesk was not able to help
(I reinstalled the app on their request and they resetted the sim...

With that the app is 100% useless. Up to now the helpdesk was not able to help
(I reinstalled the app on their request and they resetted the sim). The feedback
form in the app is also poor. It is half English (questions) , half French
(multiple choice answers)... and submitting opens the web browser asking to
accept marketing&co cookies..

Just downloaded and then uninstalled. The interface is nothing like what is
shown... no access to my account, or anything else for that matter. Can only see
usage, not even how much is left. poked around but couldn't find anything else
to actually use the App. Only how much has been used so far, but...
