Our team features wet & hot tapping and drilling experts with extensive
experience in drilling road bores, servicing long or short side water & sewer
systems, and other underground utility services. We have been working as a
company since 1986, and we are proud to be specialists in the field. When
performing our services we utilize state of the art equipment from companies
like Romac's Transmate, Hydra-Stop and PowerMole to ensure we have the right
tools to provide the highest quality results for your project. 



Do you have plans for new construction? As a sub-contractor we can offer our
construction services for both the commercial and residential sectors. We can
install the stainless steel sleeve and tapping gate for your project, and we’ll
be sure to perform a pressure test to make sure there aren’t any leaks present
after the installation. We can also handle the pipe work needed with our
hydraulic compression to pull it through.  



Here at Skinner Horizontal Utilities Service, Inc we do what we say we will do,
when we say will do it, all for a fair price. When it comes to Florida
drilling you won’t be disappointed with the quality of our contracted utility
