Keesingtechnologies.com KEESING DOCUMENTCHECKER Announcement Dear valued customer, We would like to inform you that on November 18–19, 2024, DocumentChecker experienced service interruptions due to planned maintenance by Microsoft Azure in the Western Europe region. Unfortunately, this maintenance resulted in a complete service outage on November 19, lasting from 12:09 CET to 15:29 CET. The root cause was traced to a custom configuration in DocumentChecker that did not function as expected post-maintenance. To address the issue, we immediately implemented technical support measures, communicated updates to customers, and reset the affected configuration to restore service. Looking ahead, we are strengthening our monitoring systems and implementing proactive measures to minimize the risk of similar incidents in the future.
