Policy Design * BEGL Fellows will work closely with their respective local governments to develop and deploy policies and programs aimed at advancing inclusive development in coastal areas. * Policies will be designed to promote sustainable fisheries management, marine conservation, eco-tourism, climate resilience, and livelihood diversification. * Fellows will receive ongoing mentorship and support from experts in blue economy and sustainable development throughout the implementation process. 3. Social Cohesion and Inclusion * The program will facilitate the design and implementation of social cohesion initiatives to foster community engagement and collaboration. * Activities may include community dialogues, participatory planning sessions, cultural exchanges, and capacity-building programs targeting marginalized groups. * Emphasis will be placed on promoting gender equality, social inclusion, and the empowerment of vulnerable communities. 4.
