OUR COMPANY

We are a U.S.-based renewable energy company that owns and operates an expanding
portfolio of sustainable utility-scale projects across 12 states with a total
installed generating capacity of about 3 gigawatts. We are a portfolio company
of OMERS Infrastructure, an investment arm of OMERS, one of Canada’s largest
defined benefit pension plans with C$127.4 billion in net assets (as of June 30,
2023).
