We developed The TrustLogic with a team of psychologists (including the late
Professor Wilhelm Salber) and practitioners 20 years ago. It was born out of
frustration with all the impractical and often plain wrong advice on trust.
TrustLogic® is the correct science of trust and it's surprisingly practical. We
have worked with professional services firms, corporates and NFPs globally to
develop their brands and empower their teams to build more trust - often with
transformational results.


STEFAN GRÄFE

the owner

Stefan Grafe, your presenter, is the co-developer of TrustLogic® and CEO of mext
consulting. He has a background as an internationally awarded Creative &
Strategy Director, was the Head of Management Consulting for BBDO Consulting and
is trained in morphological psychology. With mext consulting (he calls it his
lab), Stefan and his team work with many leading organisations from AXA to World
Vision globally and help them build more trust.
