Form Timer troubleshoot Troubleshoot TELL US HOW "SIGN IN WITH EMAIL" WORKS This is an innovative way to sign in and take the test . This is useful when you do not want to use your google account. In this method a unique link is sent to any email address provided by you . If you click on the special link in the same browser tab you are automatically logged in. If you open the link in a different device you will be asked to enter the email id again. WHITE OR BLANK SCREEN DURING LOGIN You may see a blank screen while trying to login before taking a test.This primarily happens when you try to open the test link from inside Instagram or Linkedin app using a mobile. If this is your case then copy the link and open it directly from a browser. BLANK SCREEN AFTER TEST STARTED AND TIMER DOES NOT STOP This can happen in few scenarios. One of the scenarios is when the form is restricted to your organisation and you have not logged in to your organisation domain. In that case you may login to your organisation account from another tab and then startover your test. BLANK SCREEN WHILE ANSWERING FILE UPLOAD QUESTION Unfortunately this is not supported because of technical limitations.Reachout to the google form owner CAN NOT CLICK SUBMIT BUTTON Most likely this is a browser issue and switching to chrome will solve the issue.
