WELCOME TO AMERICA'S NATURAL GAS CONFERENCE 2023

The U.S. has grown into the world’s No. 1 natgas supplier, exporting up to 20
Bcf/d while consuming some 80 Bcf/d domestically. No longer is America’s CH4
stranded—nor in short supply. The Appalachian Basin alone has the potential to
produce more than 60 Bcf/d, as the imminent unleashing of the U.S. permitting
process will lay more pipe. As the world’s No. 1 natgas power, it’s a matter of
price, export capacity, consumption sources for greater supply, demands for
“green gas,” and even economic and defense alliances are in play. The annual
America’s Natural Gas Conference describes the successes of today and the tasks
ahead in achieving assured results for decades to come.

Speaker - TBA

GETTING IT THERE: THE BIG PIPE

More than 6 Bcf/d of new LNG capacity is under construction and a ninth U.S.
export facility, Rio Grande, has FID. Meanwhile, domestic demand continues to
grow, while powergen drops coal, upon connecting to new gas supply. Williams
Cos. describes how it’s increasing capacity to market. Plus learn about the CCS
it’s adding to a new Haynesville pipe.

SPEAKER:
Chad Zamarin, Executive Vice President, Williams

THE NUMBERS: SUPPLY, DEMAND & BEATING DOWN THAT HALF-TCF

An in-depth overview of U.S. natgas supply-growth potential and the buyers
awaiting more of the product domestically and abroad. Plus, new associated-gas
potential and new Texas gas plays. And, how to get rid of the half-Tcf overhang
in storage leftover from Freeport LNG’s eight-month closure?

SPEAKER:
Enverus - TBA

PRODUCER-TO-BUYER: THE LONG-TERM GAS-SUPPLY CONTRACT

Leading U.S. gas producers, including EQT Corp. and Chesapeake Energy Corp., are
signing gas-supply contracts with LNG exporters and buyers. Here’s a look into
the trend and the outlook for more of these.

SPEAKER:
Dumitru (Dumi) Dediu, Partner, McKinsey & Co.

THE ROLE OF U.S. NATURAL GAS EXPORTS IN A LOW-CARBON WORLD

As is the U.S., allies are de-carbon’ing their energy future. And U.S. gas is
increasingly carbon-lite itself as field operations decrease emissions and CCS
is being added along the route between wellhead and tanker. Here’s a look.

SPEAKER:
Benjamin Bejema, Analyst, Energy Futures Initiative

Networking Break

NATGAS IS THE WAY: SPECIAL ADDRESS

OFS leader and technology developer Chris Wright describes why both the advanced
and the developing world still needs hydrocarbons and why going entirely in any
other direction is the wrong way.

SPEAKER:
Chris Wright, Chairman, & CEO, Liberty Energy Inc.

THE BIG GAS FIELD: EXECUTIVE Q&A

A leading U.S. oil and gas finder, culminating with the discovery of the Eagle
Ford and the near co-discovery of the Haynesville, Dick Stoneburner is
developing a new-territory gas basin in Australia. Here, he brings the
perspective of how Australian and U.S. gas fit in the global supply future.

SPEAKER:
Dick Stoneburner, Chairman, Tamboran Resources Ltd., and Co-Founder, Petrohawk
Energy Corp.

UN-STRANDING U.S. NATGAS

Pipeline operators are navigating U.S. surface issues, overcoming seemingly
impossible impasses in getting stranded U.S. gas to buyers, while adding CCS
toward greening what’s headed overseas. Here’s a look into what’s underway and
the additional infrastructure needed to meet prospective buyers’ upcoming
demand.

SPEAKERS:
Justin Carlson, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, East Daley Analytics
Thomas Sharp, Senior Consultant, Arbo

THE STATE OF THE GLOBAL NATGAS UNION

The growing status of natgas in allies’ defense and economic security is leading
to CH4 rivaling that of Opec in global political power. Here’s an insider’s view
of the U.S.’ role in assuring that gas will be there.

THE PRODUCERS: GASSED UP AND READY TO GROW

Leading U.S. gas producers describe growth plans, the near-term obstacles to
greatly increasing supply, market volatility, making green gas, signing supply
contracts for LNG and their longer-term outlook for indigenous and foreign
demand.

Alan Smith, Co-Founder, President and CEO, Rockcliff Energy

WHAT THE MONEY WANTS: IS THE BULL MARKET NEAR?

The rush of U.S. gas to Europe beginning in 2021 demonstrated the enormous and
unquantified social value of this American Btu. The cacophony of calls to decarb
portfolios has quieted. Where’s the money?

SPEAKERS:
Spencer Rippstein, Global Co-Head, Energy and Power Investment Banking, Piper
Sandler

WHAT THE BUYERS WANT: MORE, PLEASE & EXTRA IF IT'S GREEN

New LNG export capacity underway and awaiting FID. More pipe to Mexico. Is 4 Tcf
of gas storage enough in 2040? As natgas is the “bridge” in the energy
transition, will there be enough grid? LNG manufacturers and buyers, along with
U.S. power producers and industrial users, share their insight here.

Speaker - TBA

TO MEXICO: MORE MARKET FOR PERMIAN AND EAGLE FORD GAS

Mexico is importing some 7 Bcf/d from the U.S. via pipe and new Baja LNG export
capacity is expected to divert more of the growing Permian associated-gas output
out of the U.S. Gulf Coast market.

THE ENERGY TRANSITION MYTH

The real fuels of the energy future are natgas and nuclear. Hear this leading
myth-buster’s solid argument for skipping the nonsense and going straight to the
best energy sources.

SPEAKER:
Robert Bryce, Author, film producer, and host of the Power Hungry Podcast

THE GREENER GAS: UP-GRADING & UP-SELLING

These RSG leaders describe best practices in in-field gas-leak capture, the role
of AI, the advent of adding CCS to further green the gas, the outlook for a
widely accepted blockchain for green’ed Btu, market share for RNG and prospects
for blue hydrogen.

DE-BOTTLE-NECKING D.C. - HOW TO FREE THE MARKETS

The U.S. regulatory environment is putting severe constraints on the domestic
energy future and that of America’s allies, posing the potential for loss of
credibility with nations teetering on the brink of aligning with Russia and
China. These Washington insiders describe how to wrestle the market out of
20th-century-think and into this new world.
