4/7/2020 of a new Goodman unit. When we were advised that our near 14 year old
unit needed to be replaced, it was not what we were expecting to hear. However,
we were immediately connected with one of Bailey's Comfort Consultant's, Hank
Gautreaux, and we couldn't have had a better representative to work with! Hank
was exceptionally compassionate concerning our new unexpected expense, and was
very knowledgeable about the systems, and listened intently to our many, many
