המעבר לענן לא שלם בלי IPAAS - וזו הסיבה

רוב הארגונים כיום נמצאים בעולם היברידי עם לפחות מערכת עננית אחת. אבל השימוש
בתשתיות ענן דורש הרבה אינטגרציות ומחשבה על ניהול דאטה. בואו נראה מה האתגרים
העומדים בפנינו במעבר לענן, ואיך אפשר להתגבר עליהם עם מערכת iPaaS.

אבל קודם, בואו נבין למה בכלל ארגונים עוברים לענן.


יתרונות של ניהול תשתית ומערכות בענן

 

לניהול תשתית ומערכות ענניות יש יתרונות רבים עבור הארגון, ביניהם:

 * פחות כאב ראש – תשתית ענן מאפשרת לארגונים להימנע מכאב הראש והעבודה הרבה הכרוכה
   בהקמה וניהול של תשתיות ומערכות.
 * עלויות – מודל הרישוי של הענן מאפשר לארגון שימוש גמיש לפי הצורך ותשלום רק על
   הצריכה.
 * גמישות – הארגון יכול להתרחב ולבנות פיצ׳רים באמצעות הוספה מיידית של תשתיות
   ענן, וללא תלות בתשתיות פיזיות שקיימות אצלו.
 * נגישות – שירותים ומוצרים בענן הם יותר נגישים לשוק. הארגון יכול לצרוך שירותים
   בענן בקלות, וגם להציע כאלה לקהל הלקוחות.

כתוצאה, רוב החברות היום משתמשות בענן באופן כלשהו.




מערכות היברידיות וריבוי עננים

 

אבל ענן אינו מוצר או תשתית אחידים. לכן, רוב הארגונים כיום משתמשים בתשתיות
ומערכות ענן בצורה היברידית. יש שתי דרכים עיקריות שבהן זה קורה:

 1. מערכות היברידיות
    רוב הארגונים משתמשים גם במערכות שנמצאות בענן וגם במערכות שמתוחזקות באופן
    מקומי. גם לארגון הכי מתקדם דיגיטלית תמיד תהיה איזו מערכת לגאסי לניהול נתונים
    או דאטהבייס ישן שיושב מקומית, און-פרם. גם לארגון שעוד לא התחיל את תהליך
    הטרנספומציה הדיגיטלית שלו יהיה כבר רגל בענן, אפילו אם מדובר רק בשימוש בCRM
    כמו סיילספורס או ERP כמו NetSuite.
 2. ריבוי עננים
    בעוד ארגונים רבים בוחרים לעבוד עם ספקי הענן הגדולים – AWS, Azure, GCP –
    במקרים רבים הם יבחרו לעבוד עם מספר ספקים. זאת, כדי לא להיות כלואים אצל ספק
    אחד וכדי שיוכלו ליהנות מהפיצ׳רים והיכולות של כולם.

אבל איפה שמתחיל הריבוי מתחילות הבעיות – והארגון צריך למצוא דרך לנהל את שלל
המערכות והעננים במקום אחד.




אתגרים בניהול ריבוי עננים ומערכות היברידיות

בניגוד לשם הקליל ״ענן״, ניהול האינטגרציה בין התשתיות ומערכות אינה תהליך חלק
ואחיד. הנה חלק מהאתגרים הקיימים:

 1. Interoperability – הדדיות וחלוקת עומסים
    ניהול חלוקת עומסי העבודה בין העננים ושיתוף המידע הם אתגר גדול. בעוד ספקיות
    הענן הגדולות אכן חושפות פלטפורמות ניהול עבור המידע וגזירתו, כל אחת מהן
    מתמקדת בעיקר ב-פיצ’רים שלה וביישומי הענן שלה. זה נעשה גם מתוך מטרה לשמר אתכם
    בפלטפורמה שלה. אבלכ אשר מגיעים לניהול תהליכים חוצי ענן – מתחילים הקשיים.
    
    
 2. אבטחה
    בעבודה מול ריבוי עננים יוצרת ריבוי מנגנוני האינטגרציה, שמשמעה ריבוי מנגנוני
    האבטחה הנדרשים וריבוי החשיפה לאיומים במקביל. נדרשים פתרונות מורכבים וחוצי
    מערכות כדי לאבטח את כל המנגנונים הללו. זאת, הן לצרכי הארגון, הן כדי לשמור על
    מידע רגיש והן לצרכי עמידה ברגולציות אבטחה ופרטיות.
    
    
 3. סנכרון דאטה
    מערכות ועננים שונים יוצרים בידול בין הדאטה, באופן שמקשה על ניהול, חיבור
    וסנכרון הדאטה לפי צרכי הארגון.
    
    
 4. עלויות זמן וכסף לארגון
    ניהול האינטגרציה בכל ענן באמצעות פלטפורמת הענן שלו מצריכה מאנשי ה-IT לתחזק
    במקביל מספר רב של ממשקי ניהול. דבר זה לוקח זמן רב, ומצריך השקעת זמן ומשאבים,
    אך בסופו של דבר עדיין לא נותן מענה מלא של ניטור כלל האינטגרציה הארגונית
