I have been working with computers since the days of the Commadore 64 computers
back in the 1970's-80's. I am now 87 years old. Jim and Ron both were very
patient and did not rush or try to sell me something that I didn't need. Jim
Cleaned-up my pc, installed TP Link extender, and fixed my Printer. I am really
impressed and satisfied with the work that was done. Honest and straight
forward. My pc was clogged up with a lot of junk. My system works better now

giant pain that can be. You always loose some data, files & apps. He lost
nothing in the transfer and it was pretty much like nothing changed

I have dealt with (other) IT Tech support occasionally for 30 years, this has
been the best experience with IT Support. They (he) resolved every issue,
including malicious spyware hacks. I am sold on these guys 100%. I am 100%
